The role as part of a Group function incorporated both a centrally led design approach with the generation of best‐practice solutions to be distributed globally. And a country led approach supporting specific solutions for specific markets.
During my time at Vodafone I was involved in a range of projects, deployed across several markets. As you would expect when working on multi‐national projects there was a great deal of stakeholder and partner management involved in the role. Strong communication skills were as essential as strong design skills.
